Use of the AppOne Shot Caddie is a golf decision-support and round-tracking app. It is intended to provide shot recommendations, round history, and related golf information for personal use only.You agree to use the app lawfully and in a way that does not interfere with the app, its services, or other users.2. No Professional GuaranteeOne Shot Caddie provides estimates, recommendations, calculations, and tracking tools for convenience only. Results may vary based on user input, weather accuracy, device sensors, course conditions, and other factors.You remain responsible for your own decisions, play, safety, and judgment while using the app.3. Purchases and SubscriptionsOne Shot Caddie may offer free and paid features, including auto-renewable subscriptions.If you purchase a subscription:
• payment will be charged through your Apple ID account
• subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• you can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple account settings
• any free trial, if offered, may convert into a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial endsApple handles billing and subscription management through its systems.4. Subscription FeaturesPaid subscription features may include advanced recommendation tools, advanced conditions, full bag customisation, expanded history, trends, and future premium tools.We may update, improve, remove, or change features at any time.5. Intellectual PropertyOne Shot Caddie, including its design, branding, software, graphics, text, and related content, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or exploit the app except as allowed by law.6. Acceptable UseYou agree not to:
• misuse or interfere with the app
• attempt unauthorized access to app systems
• use the app in a fraudulent or unlawful way
• copy or redistribute app content without permission7. AvailabilityWe do not guarantee that One Shot Caddie will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted. Features may change, be suspended, or be removed without notice.8. Disclaimer of WarrantiesOne Shot Caddie is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the app will be accurate, reliable, or suitable for every purpose.9. Limitation of LiabilityTo the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of One Shot Caddie.10. TerminationWe may suspend or terminate access to the app, or parts of it, where reasonably necessary, including for misuse, abuse, legal compliance, or security reasons.11.
